FAQ
FAQ
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders ship out in 2–3 business days. Once it leaves our hands, you’ll get tracking straight to your inbox. Standard U.S. shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take longer depending on customs.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Yes — rebellion has no borders. We ship internationally, but shipping times and costs vary by location.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: If your gear doesn’t hit the way you expected, you’ve got 14 days to send it back (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition). Refunds are processed once the item is back with us. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Q: How do I find my size?
A: We recommend checking our size chart on each product page. No Idols runs true to size, but if you want a looser fit, size up. If you want that sharp, fitted look, stick to your regular size.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Once an order is placed, it gets processed quickly so we can get it out to you. If you need to make a change, hit us up at noidolsxmade@gmail.com within 12 hours, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Q: How do I care for my No Idols pieces?
A: Keep it simple: wash inside out in cold water, air dry or tumble dry low. Don’t iron directly on prints. Treat it right, and your gear will last as long as your rebellion.
Q: Is No Idols just clothing?
A: No. It’s a movement. Every piece is made to remind you to reject false idols, stand firm, and lead with conviction. This isn’t fashion — it’s war paint.
